True Sheffield comprises of 26 floors. All internal works will be complete for the opening on 19th Sept 2025 including all bedrooms and advertised communal amenities (aside from the Sky Lounge which will be 1st Nov 2025).

There are some final facade works required on the upper floors (L11 to L26) which will be completed by the end of Oct 2025. These are to install external finishing panels and in no way comprise the fire and safety integrity of the building which has been certified as safe to occupy.

Outside of the main building, there will be some highway related works on behalf of the local authority. These works are anticipated to finish by the year end.

However, none of these works will cause any internal disruption for our residents.  

From 1st Nov 2025 this will be available for use and located on the 26th Floor with unrivalled and panoramic views across the City.  

The key difference is that studios offer more privacy than apartments. Since your student experience is unique, it’s important to choose a room that suits your lifestyle.

The studios in our Nottingham student accommodation are fully self-contained, giving you your own private space with an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, a study area, and a kitchenette.

If you prefer a mix of privacy and socialising, an apartment might be the perfect fit. You'll still have your own double bed, en-suite, and study area, but you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen and living space with other students - a great way to meet new people!

You’ll get a confirmation email with a link to complete your onboarding. From there, choose your payment plan, upload your guarantor (if needed), and sign your contract. Your booking is confirmed once your first rent payment is made!
